On Fire! e-script - A Program from Duende:Drama & Literature

Educational institutions interested in using On Fire! may buy e-copies of the script and a license to make hard copies. Here's how it works:

Send to info@duendedrama.org your request to receive a PDF of the script of On Fire! with the understanding that when you receive the email containing the script you will send a check for $5 to Duende: Drama & Literature, PO Box 943, Sonora, CA 95370.

You agree that after you receive your PDF:

The initial $5 fee will license you to make one hard copy of the script.
You agree not to copy the PDF file to give or sell to anyone.
If you decide to make additional hard copies of the script for your own educational purposes (e.g. so your class can read or perform the play), you agree to pay Duende $0.50 for each copy you make. (So if you make 20 additional copies you would send Duende a check for $10.00).
You agree not to make copies to give or sell to anyone, even your fellow educators, but to encourage them to buy their own $5 copies of the PDF file from Duende.
You are licensed to perform On Fire! within your educational setting in productions to which no tickets are sold.
You are not licensed to sell any scripts. But you may seek reimbursement from your educational institution, PTA, or even students for the $.50 per script charge.
If you plan a performance to which tickets are sold, or for which fees charged, you must obtain a separate performance license from Duende.
